This policy explains what personal data FORM & FADE collects when you book, buy or contact us, and the choices you have. The sample text below shows the structure a real policy would follow and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. What we collect

When you book or order we ask for your name, email address and phone number. If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, that platform shares your handle and message with us.

We do not collect card details on this site. In this concept, booking and checkout are simulated.

2. How we use it

To confirm, change or cancel your appointment.
To process gift cards, memberships and shop orders.
To answer your questions and send service messages.
To improve the site, using aggregated analytics.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service (payment, messaging, hosting) and when the law requires it.

4. Cookies

The site uses only essential storage to work, including one small cookie that remembers your chosen language. Embedded services such as maps and Instagram may set their own cookies under their own policies.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep booking records for up to 24 months. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, subject to legal obligations, by writing to us.
