Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments

Appointments are confirmed once you receive a reference. Times are in Dubai time (GMT+4). We hold your chair for 15 minutes; after that we may shorten your service or move you to the next opening.

2. Cancellation and no-shows

• More than 24 hours before: Free. Cancel or reschedule at no cost. Any prepayment is refunded in full.
• 24 to 2 hours before: 50% fee. Reschedule once for free, or cancel and pay half the service price.
• Under 2 hours or no-show: Full price. Your chair and your barber’s time were held for you, so the full price applies.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. We accept cards, Apple Pay and cash at the shop. Tipping is optional.

4. Memberships

Memberships renew each billing period until cancelled. Monthly credits roll over once and expire after that. You can pause or cancel at any time before the next renewal date.

5. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used on any service or product, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or shared.

6. Shop purchases

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Opened grooming products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive or unsafe to our team and other guests.
